You can break this activity down into several stages, and adapt it to specific tasks and activities, but it does give a comprehensive set of starting points in personal planning. I would suggest that you try to think of ‘acts of connection’ (something small and achievable to ensure initial success) which you or your students can undertake to achieve the changes and goals which have just been conceived.
